Kiyeveni portal an online learning platform, launched on 2021, initially targeting to the women around the country, providing skill building opportunities, to boost their participation in political and other leadership roles.

ކިޔެވެނި ޕޯޓަލްގެ މައިގަނޑު މަގުސަދަކީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ލާމަރުކަޒީ ނިޒާމު އިތުރަށް ހަރުދަނާ ކުރުމަށް ކުރެވޭ މަސައްކަތުގައި، އަންހެނުން ބާރުވެރިކޮށް އެމީހުންގެ ބައިވެރިވުން އިތުރުކުރުމަށް، ޤާބިލް އަންހެނުން ސިޔާސީ މައިދާނަށް ނެރުމެވެ. މިގޮތުން، އަންހެނުންނަށް އަގުހުރި މައުލޫމާތާއި ފަންނީ ތަމްރީނާއި އެހީތެރިކަން މި ޕޯޓަލްގެ ޒަރީއާއިން ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމެވެ.
About MILG
Local Government Authority (LGA) is a state institution established under Decentralization Act to regulate, oversee and develop the local governance system as envisioned in the constitution. The Maldives Institution of Local Governance (MILG) was established, with regard to this, to identify the training needs and conduct capacity building trainings for the local councils. We are dedicated to provide a constructive learning that fosters quality in learning and allows the professionals to develop, nurture and improve technical skills, critical thinking skills, professionalism and leadership skills.

ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުސޫލުން ހިންގުމަށް ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ޖޭންޖެހޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް ކަނޑައަޅައި އެ ތަމްރީނުތައް ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމަކީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫނުން ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޮރިޓީއަށް މަތިކޮށްފައިވާ ޒިންމާތަކަށް ވީހިނދު، މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓް އޮފް ލޯކަލް ގަވަރނަންސްއަކީ ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ދޭންޖެހޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް ކަނޑައަޅައި، އެ ތަމްރީނުތައް ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމުގެ އިންތިޒާމް ހަމަޖައްސައި، ކައުންސިލްތަކަށް ދޭ ތަމްރީނުތައް އިތުރަށް ހަރުދަނާކޮށް އާންމުން ހިމެނޭހެން ގިނަ ބަޔަކަށް ތަމްރީނު ލިބޭފަދަ ގޮތަކަށް ތަމްރީނުތައް ބައްޓަންކޮށް، ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ތަމްރީނުތަކަކީ އެހެން މުވައްސަސާތަކުންނާއި ތަމްރީނު ލިބިގަންނަ ފަރާތްތަކުން ބަލައިގަންނަ ފެންވަރު ރަނގަޅު އަގުހުރި ތަމްރީނުތަކަކަށް ހެދުމަށް ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީން އުފައްދާފައިވާ އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓެކެވެ.
We offer training programs in 10 different areas including Local Government System, Management and Administration; Planning and Development; eGovernance, Finance and Project Management; Natural Resource Management, Social Accountability and Citizens Governance; and Social Protection to be delivered from 2022 to 2024
މި އިންސްޓިޓިއުޓްގެ މެދުވެރިކޮށް ތަފާތު އެދި ދާއިރާތަކުން ކޯސްތަކާއި، ކުރު އަދި ދިގު މުއްދަތުގެ ޓްރެއިނިންގ ޕްރޮގްރާމްތަކާއި ވާރކްޝޮޕްތައް ކުރިޔަށް ގެންދިޔުމަށްވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ. މިގޮތުން ލާމަރުކަޒީ ނިޒާމައި، އިދާރީ ހިންގުމާއި މެނޭޖްމަންޓް، ޕްލޭނިންގ އެންޑް ޑިވެލޮޕްމަންޓާއި، އީ-ގަވަރނަންސް އާއި، ފައިނޭންސް އަދި ޕްރޮޖެކްޓް މެނޭޖްމަންޓާއި، ނެޗުރަލް ރިސޯސް މެނޭޖްމަންޓް ފަދަ އެކި ދާއިރާތަކުން 2022 އިން 2024 ޕްރޮގްރާމްތައް ކުރިޔަށް ގެންދިޔުމަށްވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ.
